• To generate AI-powered UX reports from session recordings
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To send transactional emails (account, billing, security)

3. Tester Consent & Recordings

Before any recording begins, testers are presented with a clear consent screen explaining what will be captured (screen, webcam, audio). Recording only starts after explicit consent. Testers may stop recording at any time.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

• Service providers: hosting (Vercel), payments (Stripe), authentication (Clerk), and AI processing — only as needed to operate the Service
• Legal requirements: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention

Session recordings and reports are retained for the duration of your account. When you delete a project or your account, associated data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Usage analytics are retained in anonymized form.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

• Access, correct, or delete your personal data
