1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UXLoops ("the Service"), operated by UXLoops ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

UXLoops is a user feedback platform that enables you to share prototypes with testers, record their sessions (including screen, webcam, and audio), and generate AI-powered UX reports. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Record testers without their informed consent (UXLoops provides a consent flow, which you must not bypass)
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our permission

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (prototypes, recordings, reports). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the UXLoops platform, branding, and technology.

6. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time, and your plan will remain active until the end of the billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UXLoops shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
